Dead Panda — Whitepaper (v1.0)

1. Introduction
Dead Panda started as a meme — but quickly evolved into a full ecosystem with three core elements: a token ($BONES), a real browser-based game, and a utility-enabled NFT collection.
Our goal is to create a fun, chaotic, and engaging experience that blends memecoin culture, real gameplay, and a deeply involved community.
2. The Ecosystem

Dead Panda's ecosystem calls The Boneyard. It stands on three chaotic legs:
- $BONES: the community token, used across various interactions in the ecosystem.
- The Game: a chaotic, sarcastic survival shooter played in-browser.
- The NFT Collection: 6,666 PFPs that offer in-game boosts and visual flair.
Each element stands on its own. You can:
- Be a $BONES trader/holder and never touch the game or NFTs
- Be a casual gamer who just wants to shoot monsters
- Be a collector who’s only into the art and rarity
It’s all up to you.
2.1. $BONES — The Token
$BONES is the native token of the Dead Panda ecosystem. It was launched via the Cults Launchpad and built on Meteora's bonding curve system, enabling instant liquidity and open participation.
Key Stats:
- Total supply: 1,000,000,000 $BONES
- 157,230,000 tokens held by the creator (including 5% reserved for the launch tournament)
Bonding Curve & Graduation Phase
- 70% of supply (700M) is available via bonding curve during pre-graduation
- Upon reaching 394 SOL market cap, the token “graduates”
- The remaining 30% (300M) + collected liquidity move to a public LP for open trading
Estimated Initial Distribution:
- 70% — Bonding Curve
- 15.7% — Creator (157M incl. 5% for rewards)
- 14.3% — To be allocated (LP, incentives, partnerships, etc.)
Utility of $BONES:
- Tournament entry fees
- Purchase of power-ups and loot boxes
- Trading items on the in-game marketplace
- Unlocking future exclusive content
Burn Policy: TBD
We’re still exploring options. Some ideas under consideration:
- Partial burn from loot box purchases
- Fixed % burn on marketplace transactions
- Occasional burn events tied to gameplay
Goal: control circulation without harming liquidity or the experience.

Note: No NFT or token is required to play.
